Fluent Trails

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

This policy explains how Fluent Trails, developed and published by Hüseyin Özdemir, handles information when you use the app on Android or iOS.

Information stored on your device

The app stores learning progress information, including your best score and total experience points, locally on your device. This information is used to preserve your progress and is not sent to a game account or leaderboard server operated by the developer. You can remove local app data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

Analytics

The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve lessons, difficulty, stability, and user experience. Analytics events may include app and device information, mission and question identifiers, run and attempt numbers, whether an answer was correct, response time, voice replay actions, rewarded-ad rewards, score, experience earned, lesson progress, review type, and session or mission duration.

The app does not send the text of lesson dialogue, translations, voice recordings, typed free-form answers, your name, or your email address to Firebase Analytics.

Advertising and consent

The mobile app uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

The app offers optional rewarded ads for learning boosts such as an extra life, additional time, or a hint. A reward is granted only when you choose to watch the ad and earn the reward. Watching an ad is not required to begin a lesson or continue using the core learning experience.

Where required, the app asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. On iOS, it may also request permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. When required for your region, you can revisit your consent settings through the app's “Privacy & Ad Choices” control.

Third-party services

Google processes Analytics and advertising information under its own terms and policies. See the Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and Firebase Privacy and Security.

Data sharing and retention

The developer does not sell your locally stored learning progress. Analytics and advertising information may be processed by Google and its service providers as described above. Local app data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Google determines retention periods for information it processes under its own policies and the service settings selected by the developer.

Your choices and rights

You may decline advertising consent where that option is legally required, change available advertising privacy choices in the app, deny iOS tracking permission, clear locally stored app data, or stop using the app. Information processed by Google is managed under Google's own policies and service settings. For general privacy questions about Fluent Trails, use the contact details below.

Children

Fluent Trails is not specifically directed to children under the minimum digital consent age applicable in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the developer.

International processing

Google and its service providers may process Analytics and advertising information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to the safeguards described in their policies.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
